Uniform Order Programme 2016

The School are again offering the facility to parents to submit their uniform requirements on line for inclusion in the school bulk order to Academy Crest.
Following the uniform survey in February 2016 a jacket is also being offered to order through this programme.
How does this work?
  1. Fittings will take place in the school on May 23rd and 24th.
  2. Fill in the on line requirements for m and submit. This will be available on May 25th & 26th only
  3. You will receive an email confirmation of the items you requested and the price to be paid.
  4. Send the money with a signed print out of the email confirmation into the school by May 30th. Your child's diary will be stamped as a receipt. 
  5. The school will include your requirements in the bulk order.
  6. When the uniforms are ready from Academy Crest, they will be distributed to you at the school on June 24th.

If I don't want to arrange to get my uniform through this service provided by the school, what options do I have?
You are free to order the uniform directly from Academy Crest yourself. Or you can get a Tracksuit top or cardigan elsewhere and have Academy Crest apply the crest for you yourself.
If you wish to get a Tracksuit top or cardigan elsewhere and have the crest applied by Academy Crest, you can deliver and collect the garment to and from Academy Crest yourself and they will apply the crest at €10 per garment for the first three garments and €8 if more than three garments.

What happens if I miss the "Request submission date"?
You can order the uniform and collect it yourself directly from Academy Crest, prices can be found within this FAQ.

What happens if I enter an incorrect email address on the submissions form?
The email address is used for all correspondence following a request submission. If the wrong email address is submitted then you will not receive a confirmation email. If this happens send us an email to uniforms2016@liscarrollns.org with your name, contact number and time at which you submitted your request.

What do I do if I don't have access to a computer?
If you call into the School Office, the school will allow you to enter your requirements on a computer in the office.

What do I do if I don't have an email address?
If you call into the School Office, the school will allow you to enter your requirements on a computer in the office and will give you a temporary email address to which your confirmation message will be sent. The school will print this message for you before you leave having entered your requirements.

Can I use my child's GAPs email address?
You should not use your child's GAPs account for this service.

How do I pay?
Once your request has been submitted you will receive a request confirmation, detailing the amount of money required. The money and the signed confirmation printout must be sent into the School Office  by May 30th.

What happens if I don't send the money with the request confirmation printout into the school by the cut off date?
The request will be considered as not required and will not be included in the bulk order.

What happens if I send the money into the school a) without the confirmation printout or b) with an unsigned confirmation printout?
The money will be returned to you with a request to send in the following day with a signed print out. If the  request with the signed confirmation is not returned by the cut off date, then the request will be considered as not required and will not be included in the bulk order.

How will I know that the money I have sent in to the school has been received and my request is included in the order?
If the money is sent into the School Office, the amount will be recorded in your child's diary in the same way as any other monies sent into the school.

Can I order a cardigan or sweatshirt without the crest through this service offered by the school?
The tracksuit tops and cardigans ordered via this service will all have crests on them.

Is the entire uniform provided via this services?
This service sets out to provide a convenient means for parents to get the Tracksuit Bottom, Crested Tracksuit Top, Crested Cardigan and Jacket only. 
The entire uniform is made up of:
Grey trousers or skirt or pinafore
Maroon Tracksuit Pants 
Maroon Tracksuit Top (Must have the school Crest on it)
Maroon Cardigan (Must have the school Crest on it)

A crested maroon tracksuit top or cardigan is the only mandatory uniform item.

How will initials look on the jacket?
The initials will be embroidered with a like coloured stitch to the jacket.

Can I order the Jacket without initials?
Yes., Price of Jacket remains the same with or without initials.
