Saturday January 21st was a very special day for the students and staff in The Elderberry Room, Lios Cúram as their project was chosen to take part in the RDS Primary School Science Fair in Mary Immaculate College, Limerick.
It was a wonderful day out for the students, their families and the staff who supported the class on the day.
The boys proved why they deserved their place as they spoke to members of the public both young and old about their project. Each of the students were beaming with pride at what was a huge achievement for the class.
They even got the chance to meet some celebrities throughout the day too.
The class received a trophy to reward their efforts which will take pride of place in our school.
Take a look at some highlights from the day.
