Budding young gardeners in Lios Cúram

Last Spring the students in The Sunshine Space decided to create their own garden and planted seeds to grow their own vegetables. They took very special care of the seeds and when they had germinated they transferred them to a bigger garden bed outside. They had great fun watering them and watching them grow week by week.   (See below how our seeds grew)                       Bumper harvest Since returning in September The Sunshine Space are very proud of their wonderful produce of courgettes, lettuce and carrots and took them home to have for dinner! Who knows next year they might even be off to the farmers market after this years success!!
